Garetov Konak - wellness&spa villa is a family facility in the center of Prolom Banja on the western slopes of the Radan mountain and the southern slopes of the Sokolovica mountain in Serbia. With its warmth, it offers you the spirit of spa hospitality.
The facility with its 35 accommodation units, type 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4, offers everything you could want for your vacation: wellness & spa, restaurant with local cuisine, terrace with a beautiful view of untouched nature. All rooms have a bathroom with shower, CATV, free WiFi, balcony, several rooms are luxuriously furnished and have a jacuzzi, while the studio apartments also have a kitchenette.
The spa center offers complete relaxation with a choice of activities that promote health and pleasure. An indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a jacuzzi, a variety of massages and baths, a relaxation room with pleasant music and friendly staff are available.
Prolom Banja is surrounded by beech forests in untouched nature and offers many opportunities for rest and activities in nature. In the vicinity is the famous natural phenomenon Djavolja Varos, about which various legends are told that arouse the imagination of every visitor.

NOTE: The period and length of stay are not predetermined. The facility receives vouchers from the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The price includes:
- Accommodation in a room based on half board (breakfast/dinner – buffet)
- use of swimming pool, sauna, steam bath
The price does not include:
- Transportation
- City tax which is paid on the spot according to the decision of the Government of Serbia
- Additional services of the wellness & spa center (to be paid according to the price list in the facility)
Discounts:
- child up to 2 years FREE
- child aged 2-12 years pays 50% of the price in existing bed
- child aged 2-12 years pays 70% of the price in own bed
Surcharges:
- supplement for single use is 50% of the prices
Payment terms:
- in advance 30%, and the rest 10 days before the start using the services
- card payments (visa, dina, master, maestro)
