Zlatibor, Villa ZUNIC*** - season 2023

Villa Žunić*** is located only 200 meters from the center of Zlatibor in the village of Đurkovac, above the Hotel Mona.

The accommodation capacity of the facility is up to 60 beds. The rooms are double, triple and family rooms, and it also has 3 apartments. The building was partially renovated in 2017.

Each accommodation unit has its own bathroom, towels and TV, and some rooms have a terrace. Guests have at their disposal free wifi, a children's playroom with animator, a playground (basketball, handball, football), a wooden winter garden (summer house), a meeting room (40-50 seats) and a lighted parking area.

The restaurant of local cuisine with national specialties is located within the villa and has a capacity of 60 seats. All meals are served by buffet style.

The villa is suitable for families, but also for groups of children attending recreational classes, as well as for organizing special events and celebrations.

Prices are per person in a room/apartment based on HB or FB in dinars 
(notice: 1euro=117 dinars)

Legend: HB - half board (breakfast and dinner), FB - full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

The price includes:

• Accommodation in the room/apartment based on half board/full board (buffet)

Price does not include:

• Transfer
• City tax to be paid on the spot according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Discounts:

• children under 2 years with two adults in studio free
• child from 2-7 years  in the own bed 50% discount
• child from 7-12 years in the own bed 30% discount

Supplements:

• for single use 30% up on the price
• for stay less then 3 nights price increase 20%

Method of payment:

• advance payment of at least 30% of the total package, the rest at least 15 days before departure
