Villa SAN MARCO 3*

Located at the seashore two kilometers south from Budva and practically connected with the small fishermen settlement Rafailovici, is situated town called Becici. Two thousand meters long Becici Beach was pronounced in 1935 the most beautiful beach of the Mediterranean by the Parisian experts. Because of the long, sandy beach, calm sea and the abundance of beach amusement Becici is ideal place for family holidays. At clients’ disposal there is a beach service as well as accessories for water sports, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball grounds, mini-golf terrain etc.

Villa San Marco 3* is situated in Becici, near the hotel “The Queen of Montenegro” and  cca 400 meters  far from the beach. Villa is located in the most peaceful part of that beautiful sea town and is suitable both for rest and for joy of all generations.

Total capacity of villa is 36 studios, three floors and without an elevator. Half of the studios have see view, and the rest have garden view. Most of the studios have the individual air conditioning. We offer free parking place for our guests.
Studio 1/2 has the french bed or two single beds, and studio 1/2+1 has also extra bed for the children or the third person, bathroom (with the shower), kitchenette, cable TV, wi-fi internet is available in all rooms and is free of charge and big balcony with the table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also dishes and cutlery available for use. If needed, you can take a studio with a crib in the ground floor. 
A half of studios have a sea view, but clear sea view have only studios on the second and third floor. The second half of studios is facing the opposite side from the sea and have view on the garden with olives.
Bedding change in studios is every 10 days. If someone needs more frequent bedding change must asks for that service on the reception. Extra changing cost 15 Eur. The maid does not enter in the room during the stay of guests, except on their own request. The studio does not have towels for personal hygiene. Maintenance of hygiene in the studio during the stay is the responsibility of passengers.
For all our guests we provide transport services from the airport in Tivat and Podgorica to the villa, where you need the day before arrival book ride (transportation services are paid on the spot and is 20Eur from Tivat and 40Eur from Podgorica).

Terms of payment:

• in advance 30%, and the rest 10 days before the start using the services
• card payments (visa, dina, master, maestro, american)

Discounts:

• third adult on extra bed 20% in studio 1/2+1
  
• the first child of 2-12 years from 20% on extra bed in studio 1/2+1
• the first child of 2-12 years from 50% in the existing bed with two adults in studio 1/2
• the second child of 2-12 years, 100% in the existing bed with two adults in studio 1/2+1

Extra payment:

• additional charge 70% for studio 1/1
• AC 5 Eur per studio per day
• tourist tax pays in the reception
• for the stay shorter than 3 nights the price increases to 20%
• HB (half board) is 10Eur per person and children of 2-12 years have a discount 30%
