Studio-apartments LARA S***+ is a new building, built in 2013.
It has double, triple and quadruple studios, which have their own bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge (fully equipped), air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi and most studios have a sea view.
It is 130m from the sea coast and beach "Veliki Pijesak". Welcome and enjoy!

NOTE: Studio 1/2 can accommodate max. 2 adults and a child up to 5 years; in the studio 1/3 can stay max. 2 adults and two children up to 10 years old; in the studio 1/4 can stay max. 3 adults and 2 children up to 10 years old.
PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in studio based on room rent/bed and breakfast/half board (breakfast/dinner-buffet)
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- transport
- city tax and insurance
Discounts:
- children under 3 years FREE (without their own beds and meals)
- children 3-10 years at the existing bed pay 50% of the price
- children 3-12 years old at own bed pay at 70% of the price
- a child up to 12 years with one adult in room 1/2 pays 80% of the price
Extra payments:
- city tax and insurance are paid on reception per day per person: children under 12 years 0.50 euro, 12-18 years 1.00 euro, adults 1.50 euro
- single use supplement is 80% in low season, and 100% in high season (01.07-31.08.)
Payment terms:
- in advance 30%, and the rest 10 days before the start using the services
- card payments (visa, dina, master, maestro)
